From beginning to end, my experience with the entire Carpet Man team was absolutely phenomenal. I was already in the works to get new carpet for two rooms in my home through a big box store when someone suggested I check out Carpet Man. They beat the big box store price and my experience was so good that I decided to replace the carpet throughout my entire home. I ended up getting 5 rooms, plus 4 closets done. James was my first point of contact and returned my call right away and was so helpful. Shiloh helped me pick out carpet, walked me through the pros and cons of each selection, and got me all scheduled. Dena came out for measurements. She was so nice and is amazing at what she does. And last but not least, Felipe installed all the carpet. He was amazing! He is so skilled, he worked incredibly hard, and the carpet was installed to perfection!! I am beyond happy! I highly recommend using Carpet Man and will come back to them in the future for all of my flooring needs!
Very Happy with our purchase. Ordered LVP from Steve at Carpet Man in Orange Park. The installer Antonio was amazing. We liked that fact we were quoted all in price and didn’t have to find our own installer or take back unused products. I would definitely recommend.
We couldn't be happier with our experience! We stopped by on a Wednesday, selected our flooring samples, and Shiloh came out that Saturday to take measurements. The entire house was installed in just one day. The flooring looks absolutely beautiful, and the quality exceeded our expectations. We had received a couple of estimates before visiting Carpet Man, and they beat both of them on price. Excellent service, great value, and a smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Working with Shiloh made getting new flooring such an easy and stress-free experience! The price was great, communication was clear every step of the way, and the whole process from selection to installation was seamless. I’m thrilled with the results and highly recommend Shiloh and the team!
What a great experience we had with this company! We had some flooring fixed that had some damage. The new floor looks fabulous and you can’t even tell anything was wrong with it. Thanks so much Jeremy!!
