The Nurse Practitioner and staff made me feel comfortable and well cared for from the moment I arrived. She listened to my concerns, was very understanding, and provided exceptional support. I was preparing to travel out of state and needed to be seen for an infection before leaving. She was extremely thorough, carefully reviewing my medications and allergies to ensure I received the appropriate treatment. I truly could not have asked for better care. What impressed me even more was that after completing my examination and treatment, she took the extra time to provide helpful information and guidance regarding further care. It is refreshing to find healthcare professionals who genuinely listen, show compassion, and take the time to address their patients’ concerns without making them feel rushed. I am extremely grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, thorough, and professional healthcare.

Ahoy Captains, If you need to complete applications CG-719K, CG-719P for MMC renewal or a new MMC Credential? CareSpot in St. Augustine did a great job of completing my application for the Medical Certificate and the DOT/USCG periodic Drug Testing form. Kudos to all those that helped get it done. If you have the choice I would discourage you from choosing Care Spot, or at the very least being aware they do not care about appointments. This is my first time coming to a Care Spot, so I’m not sure if this is just the practice of this location, or all of them. I had an appointment set for 1pm that I made almost a week in advance for a physical. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled appointment time, yet somehow I didn’t get taken back until almost 2pm. Everyone who was in the waiting room when I had came in was taken before me, it was clearly on a first come, first serve basis. Which fine…. but don’t have the option for a scheduled appointment when it won’t be honored. I’d also like to comment on the fact that I don’t feel that the place was properly cleaned for a medical building. The parchment on the chair had black spots on it, leading me to believe it was not changed between me and the previous person. If you have the option of choosing Care Spot or another medical center, I would highly recommend choosing another business.
Filthy establishment that is literally falling apart. Waited over an hour and a half listening to the front desk girl tell everyone they were next when she has no clue. Came in for a drug screen and left without it being accomplished as they blamed their IT system/new system. Go literally anywhere else.
Quick service, professional and very nice! I arrived on time for my appointment, I didn’t have to wait long at all before I was called back. The young lady at the front was very chipper and kind and then the young lady that did my testing was very kind and efficient. I hate I didn’t know about this place sooner because I just had to get my daughter a sports physical and paid $72 and it would had been $45 here! Now I know and will definitely come back.
