1st visit last Fall was so good, thought I'd try again. We arrived at 11:50am on a Monday, expecting a wait, but there were only a few other customers there so we got a table right away. I'm a creature of habit & ordered same as before: The A.B.C., "Fresh avocado, crisp bacon on top of seasoned grilled chicken and melted Swiss cheese, garnished with avocado, lettuce, tomato and honey mustard on toasted 9-grain bread" with Sweet Potato Fries. The sandwich arrived promptly enough & looked great until I checked"under the hood". The disappointments: One single small piece of lettuce, a small chicken breast that only filled half of each side of the bread, and... I don't know what it was, maybe a barely-there spread of mashed avocado??? Whatever it was only achieved making the bread soggy. The sweet potato fries were very nicely cooked. Pretty off-putting that these were served with leftover fried chicken batter scraps left in the fry basket. Our server was very pleasant but failed to ask how things were at any point during the meal. I can't say we'd revisit, there are too many other choices out there. 🤷♀️
First time. Had a wonderful meal, fries were awesome! Pork chops were good, eggs cooked perfectly, seasoned potatoes were delicious. Grits were some of the best definitely recommend. Especially for the price. And clean
Great place but busy. My salmon was fully cooked and generous cut of salmon. Loved that part but they forgot hollandaise sauce. Not a big deal but would be a good addition since it’s on the menu. Egg Benedict was cooked to perfection for my liking. Lady next to me regretted her order and said mine tools better.
Wow! This place was AMAZING!! The waitress was so sweet and answered questions, gave suggestions and came back to check on us the perfect amount times. The food was really delicious. IMO the biscuits were a bit off, I think a more flaky biscuit tastes better. The consistency was just not perfect, but still very very good! The gravy was flavorful and not too spicy. The showstopper: CINNAMON ROLL FRENCH TOAST! I cannot say enough!!! It was absolutely divine! The whip cream tastes homemade, and stayed whipped out whole meal. The coffee is Lucky Goat brand, and was quite tasty. The sweet tea was perfectly sweet. The outdoor area allows for furry friends to join as well! This is a must try! Don’t wait!
I mean it’s a small place with a nice staff. I will say that as a local the grits were very bland. The hash browns were very bland lol kind of interesting for a breakfast place. The experience was underwhelming to say the least. Really unfortunate considering the great reviews of this spot.
