They have the stupidest parking lot for an RV dealer. We have a Dually, which won’t even fit in their parking lot. There is maybe 20 spaces including the workers spaces so nowhere to park. You have to park in the church across the way. Just plain stupid that being said, Joe and Sampson were so nice and so helpful that I did get them a good rating. The showroom and restrooms are very clean and well organized, but you need to do something about this parking situation.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had such a great experience working with Chris! From the very beginning, he was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely interested in helping us find the right RV for us. He never made us feel pressured or rushed, and he took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we understood everything. Cris made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and enjoyable. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. We couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson to work with! If you’re looking for an RV, I highly recommend asking for Chris! He’s absolutely fantastic! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you need something from camping world… go to no other location than blanding blvd Orange Park.. A couple weeks ago my dryer went out ( I am full time rv).. I tried to order one online through camping world and pick up at Saint Augustine store.. ordering online for pickup only because they were offering money off online ordering only… 3 times it said my order was rejected… did not go through and to try again.. after the 3rd try I gave up and drove to the Saint Augustine location.. when I tried to purchase the dryer, I asked about the extra $ off and explained what had happened.. they lady did not say anything about the $ off and if they would do it, and the only dryer they had was the display ( a working display) she said she couldn’t sell to me .. I happened to check my bank account and camping word had put a hold on the money for the dryer.. WHAT? After telling me it did not go through, they tried to hold it 3 times! Only one was held , maybe because that’s all I had.. the store staff said there was nothing they could do , I would have to wait 3-5 days for the hold to come off and have access to MY money.. I was able to get the $$ for dryer from a different account, but point is what if I didn’t? I had to wait to spend money said they wouldn’t take. They still wouldn’t sell me the display, but called Orange Park location , they had one & would hold it for me. I drove to Orange park (1 hr) Steven helped me.. he had the dryer held for me loaded it in my car and even gave me the disco that was for online only.. I took it home and took cardboard off and it was damaged.. there were no signs of damage from the box, but was dented so bad the drum would not spin.. I called OP and Steven answered the phone, I explained what happened, he gave his cell # for me to send pics of the damage, he apologized, I knew it wasn’t the locations fault the box was pristine, he offered to take care of it & I took it back. It was the last one of that model, new ones were replacing them and he gave me a new model for same price.. even had it open and checked for damage.. point of this long story.. I was frustrated, and had it not been for Steven at the Orange park Fl location, I would probably never go to camping world again ( this was not my first issue with the company) .. but because of Steven.. I will , but only at this location…. It’s not always the company’s fault… it’s the staff & their willingness to take care of the customer. Steven is an outstanding asset to the company and this location … this location obviously encourages customer service,,, and Steven went above and beyond! Thank you Highly recommend
JT is the reason we came back and Brian our tech was very informative, patient and thorough, jay the manager was also very accommodating and made sure we got everything asked for, and terry our finance manager was fantastic. JT as a sales representative was very up front about condition of used rigs and was happy to show us anything and everything we asked about. The team put in a late night to make sure we were happy after an unpleasant experience at another location. Would happily refer someone to these guys.
Susan Fisher at the Orange Park Camping World location was absolutely fantastic. We didn’t end up purchasing an RV from her simply because we couldn’t find exactly what we were looking for, but she really went out of her way to show me every Class A I found on their website—she even drove an hour to another location to do a walkthrough and FaceTime with me on a potential purchase, it would have been perfect had it not had issues that I couldn’t get passed. She really was very transparent and up front; even called me with ideas and other RVs she found for me, we just couldn’t land on the exact one. Way to go Susan. I will send you business (and already sent referrals to you).
