Sean Horan, Licensed General Contractor and Owner of Cam Construction Group, Llc, took our money and then stopped all work. The work was suppose to be complete in July, the last time he returned a call or text was in August and here we are in December; no work has been complete, he does not return calls and does not respond to text messages. Our home is unsafe for our children due to the incomplete and dangerous railing his workers partially installed. If you touch the railing it will snap off and our children would fall over the edge. To top it all off, it is not the railing we agreed on. The Hvac worker he used to put in vents actually cut and detached vents in our attic and we only found out about that when we had a different Hvac worker try to figure out why no air was coming out of our vents. In addition to the partial and unsafe railing, the additional work that was left that we paid for: crown molding that was never installed, incomplete stairs, incomplete woodwork, incomplete staining, incomplete painting, etc. They also damaged the new carpet and woodwork; it will now need to be replaced. He left gaping holes in our walls, damaged carpet, damaged walls, damaged Hvac, took all the paint we paid for, etc. I do not want him to do this to anyone else. I doubt we are the first family Sean took money from and left with an incomplete home, but I want us to be his last.
