I highly recommend Caliber Collision. They did an exceptional job on fixing my passenger door. I was extremely impressed . My door looks brand new. Thank you Caliber. Sherri Fioravanti- Rayburn Shout out to Bianca Enriquez for exceptional customer service, and follow-up every step of the way. Greatly appreciated. 5 stars!
I highly recommend Caliber Collision for any auto body repairs. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Their customer service was exceptional, and Amy kept me informed every step of the way by sending daily updates on the progress of my vehicle, which gave me great peace of mind. They also made the process incredibly convenient by taking care of returning my rental car for me. To top it off, my vehicle was completed a day earlier than expected, and the quality of the repairs was exceptional. My car looks amazing, and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a repair shop that provides excellent communication, quality work, and outstanding customer service, Caliber Collision is the place to go!
I almost lost my 2019 Chevrolet Spark after Caliber Collision recommended to the insurance company that it be declared a total loss. What a surprise, considering that the day before, their service advisor had told me I would get my car back as if nothing had happened. To support its total-loss recommendation, Caliber estimated the repairs at $4,994, including anticipated supplemental repairs — based on a visual inspection. On top of being shocked by that conclusion, I also experienced rude customer service when I was told to deal directly with the insurance instead of “making them waste their time.” I took the car to Ron Anderson for a second opinion. They put the car on a frame machine, took measurements, found no damage to the suspension or wheel end, and determined that the quarter panel was 100% repairable. My car was ultimately repaired for $2,690, and the insurance company proceeded with a repair settlement rather than a total loss. If you’re looking for a body shop you can trust, ask for James Morse at Ron Anderson.
Repair work was done timely and with good updates. Had a door that needed to be repaired doesn’t line up with the latch as well as it did. Also while in possession of the shop something started affecting my interior causing some issues
