Caliber Collision

I highly recommend going to Caliber Collision in Saint Augustine, FL if you are ever in a car accident. Anthony was my advisor and the communication was great and he gave me regular updates on the status of the car. The quality of the work was perfect and the car looks like nothing ever happened. This could not have been an easier process and I am a very happy customer.

This place was AMAZING. My car has 68k miles on it and this is the best it has looked since it was brand new. I can’t believe how good they are. They gave a projected due date and were dead on. They communicated throughout the entire process and most importantly, dealt with insurance so I didn’t have to! This made one of the more stressful thing I’ve done, into a breeze. Anyone who goes anywhere else is misguided. This was amazing. Thank you Caliber!!

Do not go there. Went there for an insurance claim and while the car was in the shop asked for all the non related insurance claim issues to be repaired. Did a walk around and was in communication with the shop and not once did they mention any issues or missing items from the additional quote. They will nickel and dime you and when you call about issues they don’t care. Completely missed the chip in the hood and that’s their level of professionalism on the door handle.

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision at the World Golf Village in St. Augustine. Someone ran a red light and did extensive front end damage to my Toyota Rav4. Caliber put it back together and it looks brand new, with great alignment and paint match... and no rattles when I drive. Caliber also kept me informed throughout the process, calling me every week, and the car was ready ahead of schedule. Insurance covered the cost. I am impressed with their level of service and quality of work, so I highly recommend them if your car needs body work.
