Worth the wait, because she is a pro-active listener who obviously cares about her patients' outcomes. She spends time evaluating your needs and explaining options. She also works with patients to accommodate concerns, so that you can feel comfortable and confident about your healthcare.
We have been seeing Dr. Butler since September with our baby, and nearly every visit has taken close to two hours. Unfortunately, today’s visit was the final straw. I brought our baby in for a sick visit with flu-like symptoms after a known flu exposure. Vitals were taken, but she was never given a flu test, and we were left sitting in the exam room for over an hour and fifteen minutes without any update or explanation. The overall experience showed a complete lack of concern and urgency. Your office charges patients a fee for missed appointments, yet there seems to be no accountability, transparency, or courtesy when patients are subjected to excessive wait times. There was no apology, no explanation, and no acknowledgment of the inconvenience. This level of service is extremely disrespectful and a disservice to families who trust your practice with their children’s care. Someone needs to take accountability and address these ongoing issues. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and leads to meaningful & overdue improvements.
Brenda assisted me in making my first appointment. She was absolutely beyond measure in her outstanding customer service. She eased my burden, and made this easy. Thank you Brenda, YOU are THE GIFT wherever YOU go. We are better together. Period.
As far as Dr. Butler goes, she’s a great doctor, but her office staff her and medical staff are horrible. She claims every time that something is messed up, She dats it’s a learning facility or they’re shortstaffed but it’s just been a hot mess since day one. I’ve seen her for damn near 20 years and it’s horrible. But as my doctor, I love her. . She’s a great doctor but she is getting the cheapest people to work. She gets ppl right out of training and there is such a big turrnover. It’s so so bad. I love Dr. Butler, she’s a fantastic doctor, but her staff changes so often it’s it’s just a mess.
I see Amanda, P.A, and am very happy with her. My complaint is and has been that no one aswers the phone. You get voicemail and leave a message. I don't walk around with my phone attached to my hand so I miss the callback. I am on day 3 of trying to reschedule and appointment. I may have to find a practice that can answer the phone.
