This place might have jumped to my favorites real fast. They have vegetarian options AND gluten free buns. Wooo! Their fries are also so much better than the average fast food chain. You can taste a true potato. Staff was very kind too.
SPICY BURGER DOWNRIGHT DANGEROUS 😳 I wish I could give zero stars. We placed an order through Uber Eats for pickup but we ended up going to the location and waiting, ordering more food in person. We usually check our orders before leaving anywhere, but the guy at the counter, David (according to the receipt ... and don't bother calling the phone number on the receipt it's not in service for the Town Center location) seemed so diligent as he was checking our food that I decided not to check myself. We got home and we were missing one out of four burgers. Of the three burgers we had, two of them should have been not spicy. They were all spicy ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ MY TEENS CAN EAT THE SPICIEST FOODS EVER, BUT THIS BURGER HAD THEM NEARLY IN TEARS. I legitimately washed off the sauce from the burgers the best I could, added sliced provolone, and used a new bun ... it still was so spicy that two burgers were not even eaten. I eventually called the perfume store right next door to BurgerFi, and a lovely female employee offered to walk over to Burger Fi. She was told by a female BurgerFi employee that "the customer can reach us by calling their number listed with Google". NOPE. So I called the two other Burger Fi locations in Duval/ St Johns... NO ANSWER AT THESE STORES EITHER. Ridiculous... in conclusion, if you want to pay a lot of money for overpriced burgers that you may not even receive , be ghosted by the entire northeast Florida Burger Fi staff, and have a death wish you want to fulfill by their 'spicy' burger, then rush on over to any of their 3 local locations 😡!
Burgerfi used to be one of my favorite places to eat. They have steadily removed their best menu items, now they kinda suck. And this location clearly has staffing issues. As I write this I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes for my chicken sandwich. Two employees during lunch rush is CRAZY. They were doing their best. I don’t blame the employees. Management needs to get their shit together and hire more people and pay them better. I’m not coming back here. Burgerfi, your employees deserve better and your customers deserve better. Update: a person from management or an owner called and said they would make it up. A week later when I wanted to give this place another shot, I find out the guy had quit. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
First-time experience. CEO Burger was out of this world! French fries are the best I've experienced. I like that they leave some of the skin on the fries, rustic style. Service was incredible, appreciate their attention to detail and patience. Visiting from California and I got to tell you, Burger Fi was memorable, and we'll be back for more!
So I am eating here while just so grateful for Ms Curly Haired Queen at BurgerFi. The time is 4:15pm on this Easter Sunday 2026. Thank God for church and this beautiful princess ….i don’t know her name. But she was my cashier and she was super kind. She will go so far in life no doubt. Superior customer service skills. Eye contact and great communication!!! Praying and wishing her the best. Thank you for making my Easter even sweeter! Thank you BurgerFi.
