Ordering issues: - Ordered via kiosk that was covered in greasy fingerprints - Ordered a soda for $3.29 but their machine had no carbonation and there was NO SIGN to let us know beforehand, so we spent 3.29 on water, lemonade, and tea… - Ordered an orange creamsicle shake for $6.99 before tax. Atmosphere: - open boiled peanut cup on front service counter. Gross - Doors and windows COVERED in hand and finger prints - AC was out so extremely hot - No stamped burgers. Minor but still a nice touch One pro! - Offered a different shake or a refund - We asked for the $6.99 refund but they gave us $7.49? (Before tax!) - We checked the receipt before going up to give them the difference. - The receipt is confusing. Add everything up and it equals $32.01. The fries don’t have a price but they’re $4.99, add that for a subtotal of $37 Overall, I don’t think we’re going to come back.

*update: I received a refund from corporate along with an apology. It was much appreciated . Staff seemed nice. I ordered fries urban style which has a surcharge of 2.49.Only to walk back to work and find that they gave me plain fries. I tried calling them but no one ever answered. I’m disappointed and want a refund for the 2.49 y’all do better

3-11-26 @ 6:16pm approx wait time 30 mins. Everything was good even though I had to be credited back due to my missing bacon. They had overload orders with online and people coming in. I'm not sure if this was the reason they shut down the kiosks. It did come back up I guess due to they were able to catch up on their online orders. Just my observation.

Burger Fi was awesome! The employees greeted us and were friendly. We ordered the Waygu Eco burger, Bacon cheeseburger, Rodeo burger, chicken sliders, onion rings, and truffle fries. The food was delivered to our table and did not disappoint. Everything tasted delicious and was cooked perfectly. Burger Fi is a little pricey, but they made it worth it.
