Burger Barn Grill

Food is not great. Onion rings were some of the worst we've had. Burgers were just decent, but this is a burger place, I want to be impressed. The Bacon Cheese Fries tasted soggy and the bacon was bacon bits not real fresh bacon. Mac and cheese had no flavor. Soda was good, except the root beer. Tasted like it ran out of flavoring. Also, why don't the kids cups have a lid but adult cups do?

Best burgers we’ve had in a long long time. I had the Black and Bleu while my wife had the Mac Daddy. We got a large Onion ring and a large Fry figuring we’d share. It was too much. Definitely going with smalls next time. The onion ring sauce it perfect with just enough spice but not too much. The manager was very kind and professional when he came to thank us for visiting. We loved the Patriotic America First atmosphere and the country music. Well worth the price. Thank yall for standing strong in your beliefs and not pandering for a dollar. Out of all the places to take a visiting family member in Jacksonville, I brought my sister to Berger Barn last night. Best experience ever! The food was really good and an extremely affordable price. The service, however, took it over and that’s what really gave this a five star rating Dylan came over and greeted us and we ended up talking for a really long time He is personable, funny, and business savvy My husband and I eat here but it’s usually through food delivery service Based based on this interaction, will be sure to go back in and spend more time in person at this establishment

Walked in and ordered togo. The girl was nice & helped we figure out what to get. Adding a milkshake to a kids meal is a full $5. I think that’s ridiculous & they need to have a kids size. The whip cream on the one milkshake we got is ordinary Sysco whip cream. I worked at a restaurant & know from this. Would never order the milkshake again. Kids portions are great for the price & quality. We got 2 kids hot dogs & an order of kids chicken. All 3 of mine really enjoyed. My husband and i split a double decker cheese burger with fries & I was so grossed out with the meat. It was not pressed or crispy at all. It was so soggy & salty. I am not a picky eater at all & i actually had to spit out the bite, i thought it was raw. The french fries are delicious. Everything was packed nicely with napkins & silverware & came out really fast but unfortunately will not return bc of the meat quality in the burger. I would also suggest cleaning the restrooms and flooring better.
