just renewed recently and just had to say this is one of the best apartments i’ve ever lived at! the area is amazing and if you’re looking to move to jacksonville i would definitely suggest riverside. the office team is so sweet and helpful, especially anna-michelle and alyssa! both the managers they have, have been so accommodating and supportive during some personal issues recently. they made me feel so welcomed and are such sweet girls.

First, I wanna start up by saying the experience from touring to applying was seamless. Anyssa made my experience as smooth as possible. Living here has been amazing. The community is well kept and I have the friendliest neighbors. I have an amazing view that is hard to find in a beautiful city like Jacksonville highly recommend this community if you’re looking for a real city experience.

Avoid The Brooklyn Riverside – They Don’t Care About Their Residents I wouldn’t wish my experience at The Brooklyn Riverside on anyone. What I thought would be a great place to live has turned into a nightmare, and the management’s lack of care or accountability has only made things worse. On October 15, 2024, I came home to find my kitchen flooded because of a burst pipe caused by construction behind the complex. The water didn’t just stop there—it made its way into my apartment, disrupting my entire living situation. The complex set up fans and dehumidifiers, but these made my apartment unbearably hot. For over two weeks, I lived with one half of my apartment sweltering and the other freezing. It was uncomfortable, stressful, and absolutely not what I signed up for. It’s now been over a month, and my apartment is still not repaired. The baseboards, which they promised to replace weeks ago, are still sitting damaged and untouched. On top of that, they’ve outright refused to check for mold, even though the flooding created the perfect conditions for it. The stress of living in these conditions has even taken a toll on my health as I ended up in the emergency room. When I asked to be moved to another unit, I thought they’d work with me since none of this was my fault. Instead, they told me I’d have to pay all moving costs and a new security deposit. Even after everything I’ve been through, they’re unwilling to cover any of the costs for something I had no control over. The management here doesn’t care about its residents. They’ve been unresponsive, dismissive, and completely lacking in compassion. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with respect and your well-being will be prioritized, The Brooklyn Riverside isn’t it. After more than a month of waiting, I’m still stuck in a damaged apartment with no clear resolution in sight. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere—this place has been nothing but a headache, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
