Brick Restaurant

Went in on Saturday for a Girls Day Outing😃 Craig was on point. He gave us suggestions and checked on us to make sure we were ok. The food was hot and tasty. We will be back.

I had such a good time at The Brick. The place has a great open plan. It has a layout that is so welcoming to sunshine, conversation, and breeze. This could with the love music and great food was stupendous. I want feeling good emotionally, so, food was ordered for me. I enjoyed these egg roll type appetizers that needed some self control to prevent them from spoiling my appetite. They have a great crunch and flavorful inside. So sorry I don't know what they were. I do know if flexed that symphony up with a kale and salmon plate. I love they way they cut their kale. It's so easy to eat and the salmon mixed in made each bite pleasant. My head was heavy with personal stuff - but a great meal helped me to feel better. I was afforded a bit of the shrimp and grits. Oohhh. I love their style of shrimp and grits. The shrimp had a plump morsel feel to them and the grits cradled them in each spoonful. My the tone i was nearing the end of supper, I was in the mood for something sweet to top off the day. Anniversary dinner. The food was good and the bread pudding was excellent! Service was good, although our server "disappeared " for a time another server saw our puzzlement and came to our rescue.

Brick Restaurant is a nice place to get a leisurely meal. We ordered the Wagyu burger (specifics in the photo below) and a pulled pork sandwich. Both meals were good although I feel like the presentation was a bit lacking somehow. Service was very friendly (shout out to Lauren!) and our food came out in a reasonable time - we did come in during lunchtime on a Tuesday.
