We were relocating from the DC area and a friend of ours referred us to Brian. From the first call, Brian was fantastic! He asked questions to ensure he understood what we were looking for and immediately went to work for us. He was extremely responsive throughout the process, whether by phone, email, or text, and regardless of weekdays or weekends. When we traveled to Florida to tour homes, he made himself available according to our schedule, which was very important to us as we had limited time. He provided valuable information on listings we were interested in and also helped us to understand the nature of the market, including the very fast pace at which homes were going under contract. As we identified potential homes, Brian was quick to get tours scheduled in an order that made the best use of our time, and he either had, or was quick to get, the answers to any questions we had. When we found the home we wanted, Brian was extremely helpful and consultative as we developed our offer, which the seller accepted!! Brian immediately laid out next steps and went to work to help us complete our due diligence, secure inspections, etc. His role was critical as we were back up north until the day before closing, and he carried it out perfectly. Brian was a true partner throughout our search and home buying process, from that first call through to being with us at walk-through and at the closing table, and we highly recommend him!
