Brian Gabree - LPT Realty

I worked with Brian in a professional capacity on a purchase transaction, where he was a consummate professional. As a licensed mortgage broker I lend throughout the US and Florida, so I work with a lot of RE agents on both sides of my clients' residential and commercial real estate transactions. I can say without any reservation that Brian provided extremely high service levels that definitely helped me to do a better job for our mutual client. Text and email requests were uniformly answered the same day, if not within minutes, and all requested information and supplemental documents were provided in more than a timely fashion. Moreover Brian actually answers his phone(!), which is a vital ingredient when coordinating the completion of large financial transactions with a lot of moving parts. This is a solid real estate professional, with the experience and temperament to fully represent the best interests of his clients. I won't hesitate to recommend Brian to my future clients in the greater Jacksonville area.

Brian is an exceptional real estate agent. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable but he often went above and beyond in helping us buy a home. We were coming from out of state and he would do video walk throghs on all the homes we were interested in and point out problem areas or things he saw that needed to be addressed in the homes. He's knowledgeable about the area and gave great tips on things to do. He was always available for us via email, text, or cell and was prompt in getting back with us about any concerns or needs we had. I feel so grateful we had such an exceptional realtor!! We've moved several times in our lives and he is simply the best realtor we've had the pleasure of working with and I highly recommend him.
