brew bakers {fleming island} my friend and i had lunch here yesterday and it was so good! we walked in and it smelled so divine! i immediately saw the special written in the board: basaltic and tomato grilled cheese with tomato soup and a drink! i was sold! didn’t even look at the rest of the menu 😹 then started noticing the dessert case! everything looked so tasty! this is a cute small business and everything is fresh made to order. we sat down and looked at all the paintings everywhere trying to name the star, and then actually took a second to look at the menu. we both ordered the special (i got mine minus the tomato) and added a slice of french silk pie, and she got the lemon raspberry cake. the owner brought our food out and we dug in! something about that balsamic on the grilled cheese made it so top tier sandwich energy. i couldn’t get enough of it. the soup was so good too, i requested extra balsamic to add to it as well! we were stuffed off the sandwich and half the soup, it was a big bowl! we had to try our desserts though, always room for a bite! my french silk pie was amazing! and her cake was delicious. we can’t wait to go back and sample more food and desserts as well as some of the coffees and teas! definitely go check this place out for lunch. it does sit back off of 17 where baptist clay hospital is. as would be a cute place for a girls day out lunch stop for sure!

Wow, did Brew-Bakers come to my rescue! I had ordered a birthday cake for my daughter from another baker and an hour before pickup, received a phone call that they could not get me my cake. I was in a panic. Checked the local big box stores to see what they had and decided I would stop by Brew Bakers to see if anything was available. Luckily, they were so understanding and helpful, and were able to put together a quick cake for my daughter - I was able to pick it up in an hour. Nothing extravagant, but perfect for what we wanted. Took it home and was so so happy. The cake was wonderful - nice and moist, chocolatey, not too sweet. Just perfect. I’m so happy I stopped by. They are the best! Thank you!
I had breakfast at Brew-Bakers Cafe & Co. and ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with a side of home fries. The sandwich was filling, and the home fries had crisp edges with a soft center. I also tried one of the bakery items with my coffee, which was fresh and not overly sweet. The café had a quiet, comfortable setting, and the staff was friendly. It was a simple breakfast that was easy to enjoy without a long wait.
First time visiting... I was impressed with everything.. The cakes, the food ,etc This is a need to visit place daily.. I can't wait to visit again.. !! See you there..
Brew Bakers made our wedding cake and the entire process was seamless. Erica was so friendly and accommodating during our tasting. The cake was delicious and beautiful - looked like it was straight off Pinterest!
