To say that having Brenda Moss working on our Team of Agents is a pleasure would be a severe understatement. She has added so much professionalism, courtesy, and care, in the service that she provides to all her customers. I have watched Brenda work through many difficult and tense situations, but always for a win-win situation for both Buyers & Sellers. She has an extremely empathetic ear to work through the toughest negotiations, which results in getting all parties to the closing table satisfied. Brenda is always available via phone, text, email, and video conferencing, not just for customers but for other real estate agents that seek her advice. She is very pleasant and upbeat at all times; we are very proud to have her at our brokerage. She is a gem!
