We couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the very first conversation through the completion of the project, Carlos and the entire team demonstrated professionalism, honesty, and an incredible attention to detail. Carlos was outstanding throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer every question we had, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable and informed from start to finish. His communication was excellent, and he always followed through on what he said he would do. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated our home with the utmost respect. They were extremely organized, took the time to protect our property before work began, and kept the job site clean throughout the project. Once the work was complete, they performed a thorough cleanup, making sure no debris or nails were left behind. It was clear that they take pride not only in the quality of their work but also in providing an exceptional customer experience. What impressed us most was the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The new roof looks absolutely amazing, and the entire project was completed exactly as promised. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction as much as they do. A huge thank you to Carlos and everyone at Brelbay Roofing for making what could have been a stressful project such a smooth and enjoyable experience. We would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a roofing company that is reliable, professional, and truly stands behind their work.
So happy on this 4th of July to be able to write a review for a company with which we were most impressed. From the beginning Carlos with Brelbay Roofing was a consummate professional with a work ethic that is not seen often enough. All questions were answered. Details were planned with care and then executed as planned. Despite the heat, the crew worked like a well-oiled machine. Tarps were laid to collect errant debris. Cleanup was thorough, sweeping repeatedly for any nails or debris. Through the whole experience we were treated with courtesy and respect. All and all a great experience. Thank you, Carlos, and Brelbay Roofing. The new roof looks great.
I want to say thank you to Brekbay Roofing. This company did a great job on my roof. The price was fair and the service was excellent. The workers worked very hard and finished the job very well. The manager was very friendly. He always had a nice smile and spoke politely to me. He was patient and explained everything clearly. I am very happy with their work. I recommend Brekbay Roofing to anyone who needs roof service.
I recently had my roof replaced by Brelbay Roofing. There were a lot of parties involved, which made the process very time consuming. But once all approvals were received, a firm date was agreed upon, and everything was good to go, everything moved very quickly. The whole roof replacement was done in a day. The crew (which consisted of several men) and supplies arrived according to schedule. The weather was questionable at first but quickly cleared up, and everyone got to work immediately upon arrival. The county arrived for an inspection, and Carlos came by as well for a final inspection when the job was complete. The day ended with a tremendous burden lifted off my mind and a job well done.
Carlos and his team are great to work with and very knowledgeable. They are extremely skilled in the installation of metal roofing and as a metal roofing manufacturer, we know how important it is to have our metal materials installed properly! Kudos to Brelbay Roofing!
