The Brazen roofing staff did an outstanding job from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and clearly experienced in their work. The crew arrived on time, communicated each step of the process, and made sure all questions were answered before getting started. Their attention to detail really stood out—everything was completed with precision, and the quality of the workmanship was excellent. They also kept the work area clean and organized throughout the project, which I truly appreciated. Most importantly, the team worked efficiently without cutting corners, and the finished roof looks great. I would definitely recommend this roofing staff to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality service. Working with Luke James, Project Manager at Brazen Roofing, was a great experience from start to finish. Luke was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the entire project. He kept everything organized and made sure I was informed every step of the way, which really gave me peace of mind. He was easy to communicate with, quick to respond to any questions, and went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. His attention to detail and commitment to quality truly showed in the final result. If you’re looking for someone reliable who takes pride in their work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction, I highly recommend Luke James and the team at Brazen Roofing.
Brazen Roofing is AMAZING! Luke and his team were very professional and worked hard to ensure an easy claims process with my insurance company. I am very grateful to them for the work put in in order to get me a new roof. The install team was also very professional and did a fabulous job. The gutter installation was just as amazing and overall I am pleased with how it all came out. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a roof or gutters.
Brazen Roofing was exceptional! The entire process was smooth and easy from the initial estimate to the completed roof. Luke was fantastic to work with—professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the project. The crew did excellent work, and the cleanup was outstanding. We are extremely happy with the finished product and highly recommend Brazen Roofing.
Mr. Luke James and his crew were the greatest . I would recommend brazen Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof or roofing repairs.
I cannot say enough about my experience with Brazen Roofing. Conner got me introduced to Luke and he took it from there. Friendly and an all around good guy. He walked us through the process. He was here with adjuster and followed through with all the necessary arrangements. No BS no hard sell. Just honest and upfront. Dawson and his team were amazing. They worked around our dogs and looked out for my elderly father who suffers with dementia. Quality work and did a great job of cleaning up despite the winds that day. Absolutely no complaints about any of it. I will definitely use them again and will highly recommend to anyone who needs roofing work done.
