The kids enjoyed themselves. It was a bit warm in there especially to be a jump place with arcade, the food and drink bar could have more as its very limited on what you can get. A bit over priced but kids did have fun!
This place was a hit. The kids loved the trampolines, the laser tag and the obstacle course! We went on a Thursday and it wasn’t too crowded which is great! Kids enjoyed the pizza too! Over all I’d say 3-4 hours of fun and pizza is pretty good for $40 per kid.
The Bravoz team did a phenomenal job for my daughter’s 4th birthday! They did everything from the set up to clean up and checking in with our little one on her special day. They had a seamless schedule and made it to where her dad and I could enjoy her day without the hassle of hosting. 10/10 would recommend. Our host Jenny did a flawless job :)
Cheyanne provided absolutely excellent service! She was incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and attentive throughout the entire experience. She made sure everything went smoothly and made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Her positive attitude and outstanding customer service truly made a difference. Cheyanne is a wonderful example of what great service should look like, and she deserves to be recognized for the amazing job she does. Thank you, Cheyanne, for such a great experience!
Honest Review I booked a birthday party at Bravo’s to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday and paid close to $500 for a party package for 12 children. The package included unlimited jumping, bowling, and laser tag. I initially thought the arcade games were included as well, but I later learned that additional money had to be added to each game card. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. Several pieces of the laser tag equipment were not working, multiple arcade games were out of order, and the facility did not have working air conditioning during our visit. Another major issue was the party room. Although the package is advertised as a three-hour party experience, the party room was only available for the final hour. This meant that parents—some with younger children and even one who was pregnant—had to spend the first two hours walking around or sitting at the bar while waiting for the room to become available. The pizza was also disappointing and tasted very bland, almost like cardboard. I would not recommend it as the food option for a birthday celebration. Additionally, my party decorations were not set up as expected, which added to the disappointment. Overall, I expected a much better experience for the amount of money we spent. For our next birthday celebration, I will likely choose Urban Air, where the party room is available for the entire party period. I hope Bravo’s takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the equipment, air conditioning, party-room experience, food, and overall customer service.
