Ms Diana Young has been our property manager for the past three years and she has been absolutely wonderful. She goes above and beyond to help you when it comes to anything you need at your residence or with your personal rental account. It has been such a pleasure knowing that my family could (she has moved from my area) and can depend on her to actually care what happens. She respects the company she works for and the customer she serves. She is a beautiful person. Definitely the reason why we have stayed renting from this company for so long. She will be missed in the Jacksonville area. Brandywine Homes themselves are a good company. They own their properties so they will work with you when you need help with your rental account. They do make sure that they keep their properties up. If you place a work order they try their best to have it fixed immediately. Brandywine Homes are a good company to rent from. My family and I have been enjoying the past three years with no complaints and definitely worth renting from.

As a resident who's been living here for a year this is actually the first place in Jacksonville where I am renewing my lease after living here for years. I thank the management team and maintenance team. Brandon, lead manager is always quick to reply to any questions or concern we may have. Fernando from the maintenance team is always quick to give you a call to schedule any issues that must be fixed, and Troy in the maintenance team is always kind and helpful to actually fix any issues happening in the house. Thank you team for everything you do.
