I am highly impressed with Brakes 4 Less off US 1 in St Augustine. I went in for a brake fluid flush (as my dealership told me that my brake fluid was filthy). Right off the bat, the lady on the phone was sweet, professional, and it was so easy to schedule an appointment at a time that worked for me. Upon arrival, I was truly impressed by the extremely low price of the work and how little time it would take. But then about 7 minutes in, the guys came in and told me that I did not need a brake fluid change out at all - my fluid was crystal clear. They told me that they can still do it if I really want them to, but it would be a waste of money as I truly don't need it. I was floored by their honesty and integrity, even at the expense of not making any money at my appointment. I will absolutely recommend them to any and everyone - you just don't find companies and workers now-a-days that will do right by you no matter what. From the bottom of my heart, Brakes 4 Less, thank you!! When it turns out that I DO need any brake work done, I know exactly where I'm going!!!
Went in for new brakes, had a feeling my rotors were shot too, turns out they were. Jessie discovered I also needed a new battery. He worked super fast and gave me a great discount since I needed a lot more work done than originally planned. He even found a deal at Walmart for my new battery! Will definitely be back! Fantastic customer service! And my brakes work like new now!
These guys did a great job on my brakes. They were efficient (it only took about an hour and a half) and they did the work at a very fair price. I've done my own brakes for the last 40+ years, but with the outstanding service and price provided from the manager Jesse and his crew, I'll be back!
This was the best experience I’ve ever had getting new brakes! Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, but they were also very transparent about the pricing and very fair. And then when I tried to leave, my car alarm went off and wouldn’t stop. Jesse came right over and went above and beyond to help find a new battery for the fob and didn’t even charge me for it. I will never go anywhere else for brakes!
Jesse, Bruce and Spencer were amazing to me! Visiting from 5 hours away and still having a 6 hour drive the next day, they fixed my main safety issues in under an hour. Jesse was extremely informative, helpful and very honest. He even gave me information and pointers on how to go about getting other things taken care of, non emergency, when I get back home. Parts were ordered and Spencer and Bruce were super fast, everyone was friendly, and I was truly thankful. Thanks guys, y'all deserve a 5 ⭐ rating!
