I can't emphasize enough how happy I am of finding this dealership to purchase my very 1st box truck. It's stressful enough finding the right and reliable vehicle for your start up business , but Dylan assisted me the whole way and addressed minor concerns that my mechanic pointed out. Dylan assisted me in finding commercial insurance as well. Dylan listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable throughout the purchasing process. He treated me like a lifetime customer and not like a 1 time sale. He was never pushy or rushed me into making a decision. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a box truck or cargo van.
We had a wonderful experience buying a dump truck from Dylan and his team at Boc Trucks. They went above and beyond through the whole process. I wish I could give them 10 stars! Thank you Box Trucks of Jacksonville!
Dylan went above and beyond to help us purchase our box truck. He made sure that he got us the best price and interest rate and also helped find commercial insurance. Dylan is kind, patient, and offers five star customer service. We will be honored to do business with Box Trucks of Jacksonville again in the future!
I’ve been to this facility to rent on 4 plus occasions.. Everytime I come the visit is prompt, informal, they are respectful of my time, they are nice & friendly I’ve never had any issues with them or any of their trucks. The trucks are always clean, nice put and easy accessible!!! Always them never anyone else for meeeeee & my family!!! 🥰♥️
I used Box Trucks of Jacksonville to replace one of my trucks and add another to my business. Dylan(sales & services) Was very personable he made sure that I was able to look at more than one truck and was able to make sure that all the trucks worked properly. He made sure that I was getting what I needed, and gave me a great deal on the second truck as well. I was going to give him a 4.5 out of 5 stars. However, the thing that did it for me is his customer service was Great. Which put him at 5 stars!! I recommend Box Trucks of Jacksonville to anyone and I will be going back to them again myself signing off Wayne Benedict owner of Real Movers.
