We held our wedding reception at Bowing Oaks in late April 2026. We had a really wonderful experience working with Heather as we toured and made plans for our usage of the space. The getting ready space was wonderful for the wedding party, and the bridesmaids and stylists never felt cramped! We were able to easily make our vision come to life here and filled the space perfectly with around 125 people. The tree coverage was perfect for our cocktail hour, and the reception inside the barn space felt intimate but never too crowded. I think Bowing allows for a lot of flexibility no matter what vision and level of elegance you are going for with your event, but allows a perfect balance of enjoying the lovely Florida weather without being completely outdoors. We were allowed to use our own vendors aside from catering and coordinating, but loved working within these lists anyways. I think we would definitely choose Bowing again and were charged a very fair price for access to the entire space all day!!
What a hidden gem! The pictures do not do this place justice! Such a beautiful property- I felt like I was in Savannah with all the beautiful oak trees. I had a blast being in my bestie’s wedding this weekend and I 1000% understand why she picked this venue! Easy to get to, yet hidden and so peaceful. Property had so many lovely details from the swank bridal and groom suites, to the paver covered patio, to the numerous chandeliers. The acoustics were great for the live band that played, and everyone had tons of room to dance! I really loved the balance of nature vs amenities!
Just had my wedding here in March and 100% recommend. Heather was very easy to work and communicate with. The venue is so beautiful. From the giant Oak tree outside to the back up option for sub optimal weather to the get ready rooms, cocktail hour space and the main ballroom. The get ready rooms are everything you could wish for! Tons of mirrors for the ladies, a large table to sit around, comfy chairs and a mini fridge. The men has a pool table, comfy sofas and a bar which make getting ready fun! Really couldn’t have wished for anything better!
My son got a haircut before we attended a wedding here. Lots of shade and nice Tremron pavers. Lots of parking. Only complaint was the ac struggled to keep up. It was cool inside when the wedding started but fans were provided as things heated up.
This Venue is a literal dream! The oak tree is a staple for your ceremony! I had the honor and pleasure with working with an amazing couple and vendor team! Not only is their ceremony space beautiful, they have beautiful greenery locations that serve multiple opportunities for photos!
