Borland Groover is very efficient in its process of checking in, pre-op, screening, post-op and checkout! My experience was great! Of course, most everybody is nervous about colonoscopies, whether it be because of the procedure itself, or the fact that you would be showing a part of your body where the sun don't shine, but this is their speciality. I walked in with my dignity, and was wheeled out to my car with my dignity. Dr. Rashid is the best!!! He has this contagious smile, great bedside manners, and just an overall great doctor who has concern for his patients. He is like someone you have known your whole life and is very easy to talk with. During pre-op, he came to my Bay, and assured me everything would be alright. My nurses: Kelsey, Melissa and Katie were attentive and answered any questions I may have had, and I thank them for taking care of me during my procedure. My anesthesia specialist: David.. he is the master of a great nap!! His personality really put me at ease, along with him wanting me to just relax during the procedure. Overall, I really had a great experience for my first colonoscopy, and couldn't have chosen a better place for my care. Thank you to all!!
The bedside manner of every individual I encountered was SO AMAZING. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and helpful. From the front desk staff (Mary, Heather, and Shannon), to my wonderful and kind team (Megan Y, Nykole, Gary P), and the recovery staff (Gina and Sarah). Everything was explained in detail to me by the staff and Dr. Patel (thanks, Dr. Patel!), and i was sent home with no unanswered questions (even if I might have had some loopy questions). Very clean, and welcoming atmosphere.
I had an outstanding visit with Dr. Madhoch when we determined how we needed to proceed. A procedure was scheduled for the next week. It took place as scheduled and I had no decernable after effects except for relief of pre procedure symptoms. All office personnel were most personable, considerate and helpful. Dr Madhoch was exceptional, even contacted my primary care doctor to discuss treatment plans. I felt very safe and cared for.
I had an excellent experience at Borland Groover in Orange Park from beginning to end. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The front desk made the check-in process smooth and efficient, which immediately set a positive tone. The medical team was exceptional—kind, patient, and truly attentive to my needs. They took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my visit. It’s not often you find a team that combines such professionalism with genuine compassion. The entire process, from scheduling to the visit itself, was seamless. I’m truly grateful for the level of care I received and would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking outstanding medical attention.
Dr. Madhawk was very calm and answered all my questions. When I woke up, I felt no discomfort at all. What a great experience if you have to have a colonoscopy or endoscopy… Thank you so much!!!
