Bold City is our favorite neighborhood spot to go for drinks and food. Everything is affordable. The staff is awesome and so sweet. The food is amazing with plenty of plant based options. The beer and drink selection is wonderful. We have never been disappointed after visiting.
This place was not on my radar. I drove past it over day and saw it. I finally made it in. Sure took too long if you ask me. I got meet one pdf their Bold City burgers. Man this burger was good. It's easy to do a burger "ok". Average meat, cooked too long, sub-par pairings, other things. Not Here! This burger was not playing around. They paired up this mean machine with fries that were perfect. They were not greasy, they had the perfect amount of crisp and thickness. This place is amazing too look at. There's a lot of history here. You can feel the people here give their heart into their food and job.
The very open environment and friendly staff make this my favorite bar in Jacksonville. Food options and constant music. Awesome ventilation on hot and cold days make the garage seating preferred for most of the customers. Bingo night and trivia are always packed and more fun with the large groups. Dog friendly and plenty of parking!
Absolutely love Bold City, a Jacksonville staple. Beers are cold, delicious, and the best deal in town. The food from Mateo is always incredible as well. This is a weekly stop for my family. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel at home. Could not recommend more.
I really enjoyed this place. Hidden gem for sure. Customer service is great. All of the beer was good and a great price. I enjoyed all the live entertainment. The smash burger was my favorite. And the corn nuggets was excellent. I would definitely be returning.
