I’ve been coming here since moving to the west side of JAX . 6 years and they are the best. Jim Dawn and the rest of the team have kept us going for years and hopefully got years to come. This store has watch us go from little flat bottom metal with 2 stroke to big boy 4stroke offshore . Jim has walked me through rebuilding fuel systems, patching fiberglass, even giving me advise when buying a new boat! anything to do with your boat you need to look no further . If you have some basic mechanical and handy inclinations they can get you across the finish line.

This place is great! I love a locally owned business with the most helpful and knowledgeable staff ever. All my trailer parts were properly sourced and allowed me to complete my job ahead of time and the specific paint I purchased was perfect.
It frustrates me to walk into an establishment and feel like I'm under constant surveillance. Returned a trailer wheel assembly because it was the wrong size and the Assistant manager to my face accused me of switching the tire out and said they didn't sell that tire even though it was still had the store markings and was in the same condition I took it off the shelf 2 weeks prior. I've driven 40+ miles to patronize this place on multiple occasions, and in my military uniform and you call me a scammer and question my integrity, shame on you! Beware!
The axle on my boat trailer broke 2 days before Christmas. Jim at Boathouse was incredibly helpful with tracking down all the parts I needed and I was able to get it fixed same day. Prices were very reasonable too. I will definitely be back!
Jonathan made sure I got my last minute parts right at closing. Amazing customer service and got me everything I needed to get on the water. Great store great people.
