Great spot with the freshest fish selection in the area, Bo is always our go to for unique nigiri choices and for standard rolls. We go every Sunday and never get tired of it. The service is always phenomenal, the food is always fresh, and the prices are more than fair. You can taste the love Chef Bo put into his food and craft, everything is so beautifully balanced and thought out. Definitely give this spot a shot
Bo sushi was a great experience I came for my birthday. I tried multiple dishes, The miso did not disappoint and was half the price than most sushi restaurants but more flavorful and rich. I had the Hokkaido Japanese uni which was rich and buttery. Very fresh! The braised eel was so cooked perfectly with the crispy eel skin it really showcased quality. I then had the most amazing A5 wagu with mushrooms and black truffle one of the best bites of the night! We love Chef Bo just as much as his food even though he was busy he took the time to answer questions and often checked in with his customers. Some of the best sushi I have ever had. If you are looking for high quality unique creative sushi dishes Bo sushi is the place for you!
Oh my God. BO's sushi is absolutely incredible! They even have Japanese horsehair crab from Hokkaido, something I’ve only experienced at high end omakase restaurants in New York. I also had the butter snapper, otoro, and uni, and everything was unbelievably fresh and delicious. Chef Bo, who previously worked at NOBU and SUSHISAMBA (iykyk), brings an incredible level of skill and creativity to every dish. The presentation was absolutely beautiful, and you can truly taste the quality in every bite. Honestly, one of the best sushi experiences in the area! If you’re a serious sushi lover, BO SUSHI is a must try. I’ll definitely be back!
Bo Sushi is absolutely incredible. The sushi is fresh and tastes absolutely delicious. The seaweed was flavorful and moist as was the rice. I love that the sushi rolls a the perfect size to eat. I appreciated not having to fit an extremely large sushi roll in my mouth. We experienced outstanding service. Our waitress was patient, kind and attentive. Bo is such a personable and kind Chef! The way he greets everyone and speaks to them is refreshing. For that I'll always come back! The amazing sushi and service is the cherry on top. The ambiance is that of a small restaurant. Such a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. I absolutely LOVED watching Omakase Food TV while enjoying our dinner. What a great find!!! Thank you Chef Bo and staff for a sweet experience and delicious sushi!
The fish come from California and Japan is flown in daily. My husband is a huge fan of raw fish and says do not judge a book by its cover. This place may look like just another strip mall sushi spot but it absolutely is not. The quality is insane. Do yourself a favor and come by for some amazing sushi
