He will always come out of his office if he sees you come in the building to see how you are doing. My husband and I are new to the whole RV world and definitely reached out to Shawn a few times and he always picked up his phone or called us back if we left a message. I highly recommend using him if you decide to make a purchase. On the service end Moe is definitely a guy you want to reach out to with any of your problems or questions. He absolutely knows his stuff, he is also very knowledgeable and personable and will always go out of his way to help you, we definitely learned a lot from him. When we showed up to pick the RV up for the first time, Dayton went over every inch of our RV with us even in the rain without rushing us through it.
