Andy, our realtor, spent most of his weekends showing our property to interested prospects. Our house was taking a long time to move but following his suggestions our house moved in 4 days- can’t ask for more than that. He has excellent communication skills & was quick to follow up with any interested buyers.
10/2/25 we just bought a condo for my mum in St. Augustine using Andrew & again, nothing but the best service ever!! He is excellent & always on top of things & very helpful!! He deserves 10 stars ! Below is from 2024 my daughter used him to buy a house in Palm Coast Andrew is an amazing realtor! He responds right away & is always there to answer questions & always very patient & kind & understanding. He does not get tired of constantly bugging him & will go the extra mile to get the job done & then some!! I would highly recommend him as he was wonderful for me & my daughter!!
