I Love barbecue and I was so disappointed with the food in this restaurant. The portion for the amount of money that was charged was ridiculous the quarter chicken leg was extremely dry. My collard greens tasted like they came out of a can and my black beans and rice barely had any beans in it and was somewhat between warm and cold. The items sitting at the table like salt shakers, barbecue sauce containers were filthy. You can tell the buildup has to have been from a long time of not being cleaned. I can go on and on, but I just wanna stop here, smh I will never return to this place again! For the sake of other customers I hope things can improve here!

Ordered fried chicken sandwich with okra. $17 @ noon on a Sat. Okra was perfect. Ranch is homemade and taste great, but is thin. I'm 99% sure they took an old dried out grilled or smoked chicken breast and battered it and fried it. Dry and nasty. 0/10 You can see the grill marks in the photo.

Overall experience was not good. -service: really bad. — employees are siting at the tables using their phones. Once I entered the restaurant, one of the employees stood up and walked towards to cash register with a long/stiff face (like I’m bothering her because I walked in to the restaurant) and did not said a word; no welcoming or offered to help me with the menu. I ordered and she repeated what I said hollering at the kitchen employee. —food: -I ordered a lunch portion (pulled pork) and a small drink ($2.99 for a small drink) -no 2 meat option. -pork flavor was bland. -served with plastic forks/knifes. Giving a 2 stars rating (and not 1) because the sides were good (corn on the cob and beans). Don’t recommend restaurant.
