Initial job good but had a leak months later. Workers showed up , thought it was repaired but leaked again days after. I called for 2 weeks and no one would return my calls after paying for the repair to be made. Finally after 2 weeks I contacted another roofing company who came promptly and informed me that the boot around the vent pipe was not installed correctly and it would have to be replaced . Ed Capps would not even return my calls or tell me what he could do about the leak. The warranty didn’t matter. I needed the leak repaired and the money I paid he still has. I’m saddened by this as I thought he was a reputable contractor.
Big ed did a terrible job replacing my flat roof. They had to come back 2 times after replacement to fix leaks. Fast forward a few years later. They came out to assess the roof for damage due to water pooling and granular loss. They inspected it and said it's bad, out of level a foot and needs to be replaced. Now Ed will not return phone calls after being called out for being the one who replaced the roof to begin with. Terrible service and work. Do not go here, go with another roofing contractor. Come to find out, roofer layed the new roof directly over top of the old roof, never removed the old stuff. This guy doesn't even have an active license. Big mistake going with big ed.... he is terrible all around!!!!
Have used them on two occasions, on two separate properties. Thanks Big Ed !
Fast efficient service honest . I was very impressed with how they cleaned up also
