Update: She has no idea how a lot of modern technology works and will try to fabricate information that is very easy to prove as factually incorrect via email history or google doc history. She will even lie about things that are extremely easy to look up online. She once tried to tell me that my dehumidifier was pulling green water because "it has copper coils in it and it needs to have vinegar ran through it" when it was mold spores. Easy to look up online! You cannot run anything through dehumidifiers because it is mechanically impossible. She believes that giving her permission to view a google doc is the same thing as sending her email correspondence. It's insane trying to reason with her because she acts like it is 1995 and the internet is not easily accessible, her techniques are outdated to say the least. She also doesn't seem to understand that we all can easily access Florida state laws & landlord tenant laws. At one point I changed my email address contact info and sent it to my property manager and updated my contact info on the resident portal. She even gave that new email address to Municipal Code Compliance. Then she claimed that my property manager had no idea it was changed. So, how did she get the updated email address? Magically? It's truly astonishing the lengths she will go to to attempt to manipulate any situation in her favor. Run away while you still can and do not rent from her. If you do rent from her do not communicate any issues by phone or text, keep it all in email. You will regret it if you dont. Original: See photos for info. Very dishonest and moved me in to a moldy apartment when I came from out of state. She likes to to paint over the mold instead of remediate. It has made me very ill. She also has shown up pounding on my door at 730am more times than I can count, and does not give 24 hour notice for maintenance or anything. You gotta do what she wants or suffer the consequences. $1270 a month for this.

Beth was awesome, she is very professional. She helped to attain the current house that I am renting. She is a great communicater, I had a small issue that I had to reach out to her about and her response was swift and the issue was resolved within two hours. I recommend her to anybody looking to purchase or rent a home. I am fairly close to being able to buy my own home once my lease is up and I am strongly considering Beth to be my Real Estate agent when the time comes.
Beth needs a reality check! I tried renting a house at $995 a month and offered her $5000 down, I get SSI as I lost my vocal cords to cancer and she wanted me to make 3 times the rent. She does not care!!
Beth has been nothing very helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. She available at a moments notice and would happily recommend her to anyone.
Do not recommend working with Beth or this company. We just got our lease terminated due to mold and Beth or the management company did not provide us any assistance. We are expected to move out immediately. Beth does not care about the renters. They will leave you on ice. Please go with any other agency you can find in Jacksonville.
