Best Choice Roofing

We had our roof replaced, completed at the beginning of September, 2 months ago. Overnight here we had a lot of constant rain well into this morning, and unfortunately the brand new roof has failed and produced a brand new leak into our attic and garage, right over the circuit breaker panel, which has spread and damaged a bug chunk of the garage ceiling. This is completely unacceptable for a barely 2 month old roof! There is no one to contact to come out and mitigate the damage (doing it ourselves as best we can) at Best Choice Roofing on the weekend and their number just goes to voice-mail. ‐--- Update Sept 2022 After the initial 1 star review, they contacted us and swiftly resolved the issue. We had another issue one year later on another part of the roof, and they came out to review and get a materials list within a week of us calling. I've upped the review to 3 stars and will make it 4 once this second issue is resolved..

I am thankful to Nathan Loyd for the evaluation of my roof and the team who installed the new roof. The installation was done professionally due to Nathan's supervision. I have already recommended him to my neighbors. Thanks Nathan.

I’m writing this review to share the incredible service we received from Rebekah at Best Choice Roofing. She went above and beyond to assist my elderly mother with her roofing project. From the very beginning, she was attentive, patient, and understanding of the challenges my mother faced with technology. She personally guided her through every step of the process, facilitating communication with the insurance company and making sure my mom never felt overwhelmed or confused. What stood out most was her integrity and commitment to building trust, not only with my mom, but also by keeping open communication with me and my siblings. She made sure we were always informed, which gave us peace of mind knowing that our mom was in good hands.Elderly clients can often feel vulnerable to scams, but Rebekah treated my mother with such respect and kindness that we never had a single doubt. She truly established a rapport that made the entire experience smooth, safe, and reassuring. We are so grateful for her professionalism and care and for setting such a great example of what it means to put customers first. We highly recommend her and Best Choice Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust.
