Benton Integrity did a wonderful job on our roof. They came when they were expected and finished our roof in two days. They cleaned everything up wonderfully. I would recommend them even though I took one star away because they were expensive but maybe that is today's prices.
I had a roof leak and was very concerned. I called Intedrity roofing Wade was able to come same day, inspected the roof, provided information that helped me make the best decision. Wade was very knowledgeable about the issue, identified the leak. They were able to fit me in the schedule for the repair within 2 days as they understood the need to have it fixed before the forecast rain. On the day of the repair they called after checking the radar and rain forecast for the day. They arrived in time, made rhe repair cleaned everything up before they left. They were careful of the property. Thank you for excellent local business service.
Roof replacement is a huge decision and from the start, with sales rep Aaron, we received straightforward info not BS. He followed up promptly for us to sort out the details vs. other quotes. Doing business with them feels like the old days...dealing with a family company concerned about your satisfaction. Great follow up by Janice at customer service ... and finally, timely and respectful work crew and supervision by Jesse. They cleaned up well and all is good. Next is wind mitigation and we're all set. Highly recommend them.
Aaron, Janice, and John are a tremendous team. This is the second roof installation they’ve done for me in the past year, and both times they have lived up to their word providing timely, excellent service. I expect to use their company again for a third installation later this year. I recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. Thank you Benton Integrity Roofing!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Very professional and communicative. I manage multiple condo associations, and they have always done a great job. We have used them for roof replacements, repairs and our semi-annual roof inspections. Definitely recommend their services.
