My personal counselor was professional. However, the receptionist was a far cry from professionalism. He scheduled appointments for my daughter that could not be kept by the therapist. The therapist also canceled one appointment because she had an appointment herself and told her patient. I left messages and my daughter too, but no one ever returned phone calls , even her therapist, or they would call and not get her and it just turned into a game. They need to improve their staff in reception.
Good counselor but horrible office staff. Appointment got canceled without call or reason, then another appointment I tried to cancel no one answered nor got in contact since the appointment was missed. Then a month later I get charged for the service as if I attended. I asked to get my money back since I didn’t have a session and I got threatened with I was going to be charged more for a no show so I shouldnt have complained by very very rude office manager who spoke as if he came from the streets. Will not return for this reason and it’s so unfortunate that for people seeking counseling because something is going on in their lives, they have to deal with staff coming in bad faith, doesn’t care, and turns vicious over a simple scheduling issue.
Isa and staff were amazing. Isa was court appointed as our Parenting Coordinator and from the start it was lesson after lesson learned. She quickly teaches you that the back and forth bickering isn’t going to help matters and is going to cost you. She is very very fair and is child-first in all she does. She will challenge you to put aside your personal feelings and think from the view of the child’s best interest. You will learn to choose your battles and work together as a co-parent. Truly some of the best lessons and advice I’ve ever received. I cannot recommend Isa enough.
My wife and I have been coming to see Dr. Isabel for the past two years for family counseling, and she has been a great advisor and positive influence to our family. Something particular that we like about her is her honesty and straight forwardness when we speak with her about certain situations and when we need her professional advise. I highly recommend Dr. Isabel. Her knowledge and professionalism are extremely helpful. She has been an invaluable advocate to our family’s wellbeing.
Isabelle is a wonderful, knowledgeable, straightforward councilor that has help me at interval times in the past years. She has helped me successfully during stressful times in my life and I trust her integrity and honesty.
