Bee Home Realty

I can not say enough great things about Lauren, Rachel, and Bee Home Realty. We were first time home buyers, and they were there every step of the way. Thanks to their help and advice we were able to step into our new house knowing that we already had equity upon purchase in a house that was perfect for us. They helped us determine not only which house was the best value, but which house suited our needs the best. From the negotiation to closing, they were right there with us, including every inspection. They walked us through the process, making sure there were no surprises, and we were prepared for the next step. They never failed to answer an email or text promptly. They helped manage the home inspection process, worked in concert with the mortgage broker, home builder, and even helped us find the right homeowners insurance. They made sure that nothing fell through the cracks and there were no unexpected last-minute emergencies to be dealt with. In the end we got a new build for over 8 ½% less the asking price and they threw in window treatments and refrigerator to boot. They made the home buying process as worry free as is possible, even for a first-time home buyer. I cannot recommend Bee Home Realty enough.

I can't say enough about Bee Home Realty, especially Erin. She always would go above and beyond to make sure any concerns I had were promptly addressed. There was never a time when I felt my concerns were a burden or ignored. I have been a renter many times in my life, and Erin was by far the most professional property manager I have had the pleasure of being a tenant. She always treated me with respect and worked with me when any issue arose. I truly recommend Bee Home Realty and definitely will go through them again if I should move back to Jacksonville. Thank you again Erin for everything. Take care.

Lauren and Rachel have all the best qualities needed to help you find the right place to live in Jacksonville. They are always available to answer your questions, show you a listing, provide resources when needed and are a perfect team to help with all aspects of purchasing or renting. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with in what is considered a stressful endeavor, such as purchasing a home.

We had an amazing experience with Rachel and Lauren at Bee Home Realty during our first home buying process. They met us every step of the way to give us support and to ensure that everything we wanted (plus more!) was happening. We gave them a list of our wants and interests, and they sent us a list of houses to check out. Not long after, and we were stepping foot into every home! Both Lauren and Rachel were informative and gave helpful tips along the way. We were able to buy our dream home that is in the prime area we wanted— close to the beach and downtown St. Augustine—best of both worlds! With their help, we were also able to get amazing incentives, secure our home at a lower price than we expected, and lock in a better interest rate than what was typical in the current high-rate market. If you’re looking to purchase a home, look no further than Bee Home Realty because they really bee finding the perfect home for you and your family!! 😉🐝🏡🔑🌊🌴
