Such an amazing place !! Family owned and operated! I think three different generations! So much knowledge! Can't say thank you enough to the Son BRIAN and his family! I'm so new to the boating world and they all went above and beyond to help me ! Great pricing and truly made me feel like they had my best interests at heart ! Instead of trying to up sale me on things they got me exactly what I needed and even recommended me another place to find some things for my boat they didn't have in stock ! Truly an amazing place ! Had my Evinrude Etec serviced at Becks. Had a mystery oil leak that they solved almost instantly. More than fair price, honestly Im not sure how they make any money. Super nice friendly people. This was my first experience with Becks, but they just earned my business forever. They have a ton of in stock parts, and the turnaround time was absolutely incredible. 10 out of 10
I called Becks on Friday about what appeared to be a Prop shaft leak for price and time to repair. The Lady on the phone informed me a price that was way lower than everyone else and it would be at least two weeks out for the repair. Then she caught me Way off gaurd when she claimed to know the problem didnt exist and it was from exaust before consulting a tech. The tech whom was her husband gits on phone and instead of making me wait and pay for service two weeks out proceeds to coach me on how to leak check it on my own. All I can say is Becks Outboard inc is LEGIT ! .. The lady on the phone was Exactly Right.. Her husbands instructions were dead bang accurate.. I saved at Least $500 and Two Weeks of headaches. I can be back in the water Today and enjoy life. I wish ALL businesses had their Customer Service and HONESTY ! .. Thank You Mr. and Mrs Becks Outboard ! I have Mad Respect for Y'all.. I will refer you every time... Thanks Again ! 👍
