Beach House at Amelia

The Staff is very caring. They do what they say they will do and they serve their renters in proper time frames too. Best staff in the Town of Yulee Florida and I am so happy I live here too. Best, Barb Schwarz

i’ve lived at beach house at amelia from june of 2025 to march of 2026, and in short, pretty standard apartment complex with helpful and responsive management. 10/10 i recommend. complex itself: there are gates into the community, and past (i think) 2000, the entrance gate requires a key fob, which i’ve never had any trouble opening. Parking here is easy, i’ve had no trouble parking in front of my building or having to find parking in general, i usually get the same three spots every time. The community is very quiet, very nice, i’ve never had issues with package delivery nor package stealing. When i was away for several months, i had an auto-ship order deliver late December, and when i returned mind-January, the package was still sitting by my front door. No noisy neighbors, i can rarely hear footsteps above me appliances: they aren’t the most modern appliances, but for a 1 bedroom at 850sq feet for $1630/month (trash, water, and internet included), it’s a very fair price compared to the other complexes i’ve toured around Yulee / Amelia Island. If there were ever an opportunity for the complex to start renovating certain units with updated appliances, i would’ve been willing to spend the extra amount of rent for a unit like that! maintenance issues: the only appliance i had issues with was my washer, which i submitted 3 maintenance tickets for, 2 of which maintenance attempted to fix the issue my washer was having (loud, banging noises during spin cycle, not fully draining), after the third ticket, a new washer was installed in my unit, and i haven’t had issues since. This took about a week to resolve the issue. 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom 850 sq. feet, second floor unit overall: my biggest pro is how LARGE the bathroom is. It’s about 1/3 of the apartment, with a huge walk-in closet. despite being a 1 bedroom, it has two sinks with very large counter space, which is very difficult to find i’ve come to realize in my apartment hunting for a similar layout in virginia where i’m moving to (even in some 2 bedroom units!) another highlight is the fully screened in porch. i have 1 cat who loves going outside, and in the summer, i’d leave the door open to air out my apartment and my cat would sun bathe for hours! my porch faces the back lining of trees, so it’s more private which i love. I was also able to fit an L-shaped couch in the living room, so each space was very spacious. The kitchen had two separate types of lighting, which is perfect if you want some light but can’t stand “the big light” at night. overall review: i’m sad to be leaving this complex, i’d renew my lease if i wasn’t moving, but i highly recommend this complex over some of the others in yulee (especially wild light). shoutout to the property management team, maintenance workers, and front desk receptionists for any of my needs or concerns that have always been met 100%

I recently had a slow leak under my kitchen sink. Will came shortly after I reported this to the office. He determined fairly quickly that it was coming from a small break in the hose. He replaced the hose and the leak was fixed. Service was in a timely manner and professional, as always.

Extremely professional and informational. Application process was smooth, Christen gave me options and took her time with my family and I. I am so excited for this new life! 🤸🏽‍♀️🫶🏽🌻
