Nancy was AMAZING!!! As an out of town POA for an elder property owner with a property tied up in a will needing signatures from siblings and grandchildren all over the country, Nancy went above and beyond in helping us to figure out what needed to be completed to free up the property title. The property also needed some large plumbing and electrical repairs prior to the sale. Nancy provided fabulous contractors and oversaw the work for me. This additional assistance allowed us to obtain a much higher sale price than I thought we could. Communication was key and Nancy was available at all times. I highly recommend Nancy and Bass Professional Realty for all of your real estate needs!!!

Nancy is truly an amazing Realtor! She knows all of the ins and outs of this business. With over two decades of experience in this industry, there’s no one better to trust with the purchase or sale of property. She is honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, responsive, and a delight to work with. Nancy is the reason I decided to start my own career in real estate! Thank you for all you do Nancy!
Nancy is a wonderful real estate professional and an even better person!! She really cares about helping you find your perfect home. She helped us purchase our first home, and when the time came to sell it, she guided us each step of the way - we received an offer two days after she listed it! Looking forward to working with Nancy again on our next home ❤️❤️❤️
Nancy was nothing less than stellar when it came to selling our home. She stayed in constant communication with us throughout the entire process. She even helped with contractor recommendations for a couple needed repairs. I would highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.
I have to say that I was extremely pleased with the service that I received. I was looking for a home in Jacksonville for my mom and googled top realtors in Jacksonville. Nancy's name came up and I took a chance. I initially started with Nancy but she recommended Sissy, I'm so glad that my family and I went with her recommendation. Sissy was ABSOLUTELY THEE BEST. I live in NJ and she was very responsive as to me seeing properties via virtual showings and just using her experience to weed out properties that looked nice but ultimately had structural issues. She helped my family and I find the PERFECT home to relocate my mom. SISSY COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.!!!
