I have been seeing Connie Bruce at Basic Vitality for six years, and she has been an absolute game-changer for my health and well-being. From addressing past injuries to relieving chronic muscle tightness, her expertise and dedication are second to none. Connie uses MPS (Microcurrent Point Stimulation) therapy, which has been incredibly effective at relaxing muscle tone and improving circulation throughout my body. Whether it's the physical demands of daily life or the stress of my job, I always leave her sessions feeling significantly better — less tension, reduced inflammation, and noticeably less pain. The benefits speak for themselves: reduced muscle tension, improved circulation, less inflammation, and meaningful pain relief. But beyond the physical results, there's a real sense of care and professionalism in everything Connie does. She listens, she adjusts, and she consistently delivers results. If you're dealing with muscle soreness, old injuries, stress-related tension, or just want to feel your best, I can't recommend Connie and Basic Vitality enough. Six years and counting — that says it all!
I have been seeing Connie for at least a couple of years, for varying issues. She is SO knowledgeable with how the body works, how one side affects the other. Most of us believe the pain is coming from one area and if "you can just fix that".... Connie sees every patient like a special puzzle, a challenge to solve. She will listen to you and how you explain your issues, or pains and figure out what your individual needs are. As opposed to other health care individuals who put you in a box and prescribe some stock solution that rarely solves the underlying issues causing the pain. Her goal is to get you back up and enjoying the life you want.
Connie at Basic Vitality is a magician. She is kind, caring, and EXCELLENT at what she does. I would not be able to teach dance and continue my hobby of running without her help. She is the one and only person you should need to keep pain at bay.
Excellent, professional care. Have been a patient for many years, with differing needs, running the gamut of normal aches and pains from yoga and ballet, to a head injury from a fall. Connie is a superb practitioner…constantly helping one recover in an intelligent, direct manner.
I just referred my sister in law to Dr Gary Bruce & realized I had failed to write a review to say how much I appreciate the care & education I received over the several weeks I spent in his care. Not only is he kind & understanding , his knowledge of the muscles binding the human body is amazing. Thankyou Dr Gary for teaching me so much about how to care for myself.
