When I moved to Florida in January (2026), I kept driving past Base Camp while dropping my kids off at school. Eventually I stopped in to train, and it ended up being one of the best decisions I made. Coach Brian has built a welcoming culture with a great mix of ages, experience levels, and backgrounds. From day one, I felt like part of the team. What impressed me most was Brian’s approach to teaching. He goes far beyond simply showing techniques. He focuses on body mechanics, movement, and the subtle details that make techniques work. I often found myself learning what I can only describe as “invisible jiu-jitsu”—small body adjustments and concepts that completely changed techniques I thought I already understood. I also appreciated the emphasis on mentorship and leadership. Brian encourages students to share knowledge and develop as teachers, creating an environment where everyone continues to learn and grow together. After training here from January through June, I can honestly say I never had a bad experience. Brian is an outstanding coach, training partner, and person. The added benefit of having chiropractic care available under the same roof is a huge bonus for anyone trying to stay healthy and keep training long term. I’m grateful for the friendship and lessons I gained here, and I look forward to training with Brian again whenever our paths cross.
Brian is AMAZING with the kids! The perfect balance of fun and discipline. My daughter loves coming here and I fully trust Brian with her. It’s helped her with mental concentration, impulse control and physical strength. The studio has a wonderful community feel ! 100% recommend.
If you are looking for your child or yourself to break into the world of Jiu Jitsu, this is the place! My son and I both take classes and it has been an amazing experience. Every lesson is broken down so well that you feel confident executing the moves. The confidence you build overtime is exhilarating. Everyone supports each other and the camaraderie is priceless!
Dr.Brian is a true professional offering top notch chiropractic services tailored to you. The Jiu Jitsu classes are great and his detailed but patient teaching style is able to be absorbed by students of all ages
I get adjusted and take jiu jitsu from Dr Brian. The adjustments especially help me while I learn jiu jitsu. The space is clean and hygienic. The atmosphere and vibe are awesome! Highly recommend
