Barbie Brooksher Realtor-Beach Life with Barbie- ExP Realty

As a Loan Officer I work with a good amount of realtors. Barbie is without a doubt top notch in her profession. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and negotiation skills really stand out. She always works relentlessly to get her clients the best deal possible, and truly cares about each and every one of her clients. I would recommend her 10 out of 10 times to anyone who is looking for a realtor!

It was a wonderful experience working with Barbie! It was apparent from the start that she had my best interest in the fore front. Being new to the area she took extra of her personal time to show me many different communities and the surrounding amenities so I could find a home that fit my lifestyle the best. Showing amazing care and patience with a no pressure attitude she listened and aggressively found what I was looking for. Going above and beyond she introduced me to local culture and events to help me settle in. If that's not enough a portion of her proceeds are donated to Smile Train to help children around the world that were born with a Cleft Palate. I feel like I found more of a friend than a Realtor.

Barbie was instrumental in us finding the perfect house. She listened to what we wanted and didn't stop until we found it. From weekend showings to late night calls, Barbie was always available. She is a true professional and a joy to work with.

It was a pleasure working with Miss Barbie! She was extremely professional, worked efficiently, highly educated, and resourceful in her field. She walked my husband and I through the entire process from start to finish. We closed on the sale of our property in no time! She made it a stress and House of gree process. Thank you Ms Barbie,my family appreciated your assistance!
