So thankful that we had Barbara as our agent when we got our home. We experienced some bumps along the way but Barbara was able to make everything happen and help us get our home. She is very passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and dreams! Thank you Barbara for being there every step of the way!
I can't express enough how blessed we were to find such a caring, understanding and supportive realtor in Barbara Marmur. We met Barbara during the 4th of July weekend, while shopping for a house in JAX. She quickly adapted to our wants and needs and within three days we were able to found our new home. Barbara helped us work the closing from another state and kept in touch to ensure things were running smoothly. She also put us in contact with several contractors and kindly monitored those projects until we were able to actually move into our new home. Her attitude and attention to detail was so valuable to us. She is truly a godsend and continues to stay in touch with us to ensure all is well. I highly recommend her if you intend to buy or sell a house.
Barbara was great! She was patient and thorough, which was more than I could say for the other side of the transaction. I felt confident with her taking care of everything for me.
Barbara is truly a cut above her peers. She is very thorough and does a deep dive when she does her research. You can't go wrong regardless if you're selling or buying.
