Very fortunate to have Dr Cruickshank as my physician,very fortunate indeed! Her stoic style and faith comforted me for years! I've always felt like I wanted to go to Dr Cruickshanks mountain top! P.S. Her assistant is like a bowl of Joy with unlimited servings. Thank you Dr Cruickshank and company.

Dr Cruickshank took the time to listen to what was going on with me before examining me, I had been to an orthopedic doctor and the er for the pain before seeing her. They never examined me they took xrays and said no broken bones. Dr Cruickshank said pinched nerve, gave me medication for the swelling and I was able to finally sleep. She also ordered an MRI of the lower spinal area that confirmed her diagnosis of a pinched nerve. She really listened to me, she's there for her patient.

This office used to be the absolute best doctors office. Then like every other business they went down hill fast to make an extra dollar. We have used them for many years and the last 8-12 months I dread having to call because you now go to a call center and talk to people who have no idea what they are talking about, then they say, "let me call you back" and guess what!?!?! No call back. I think it's time to find a new doctors office and hope they don't change to the same thing. Sad day...

I adore Dr Crookshank she's been my doctor for 20 years. Now I do not like this new system of eight different people for eight different things I want to do, and it takes me almost 8 days to get it done, so I wish the technical stuff was better.
