The care provided is consistently excellent, and the service is pleasant. However, the wait times are consistently lengthy. During my initial appointment, I experienced a wait time exceeding an hour. Despite utilizing the MyChart app, which instructed me to arrive 15 minutes early, pre-paid, and complete my questionnaire, I still had to wait. I am currently scheduled for my second appointment and anticipate another hour-long wait. I have read previous reviews regarding the inability to obtain a refund, but I would prefer to be informed of the appointment being rescheduled to avoid an hour-long wait. Even at check-in, an update on the appointment time would be appreciated. While I appreciate my provider, I would prefer to opt for a telehealth appointment if the wait times are expected to be this prolonged.
I have never had a problem at this doctor's office. I see a lot of people leaving one stars. Just had an appointment there last week met with doctor Watson wasn't rushed covered everything that we needed to cover. She was awesome. Minimum wait time. Been going here since they were on Kingsley. Staff is always very nice and friendly and been going here so long we joke around a lot. Makes me feel very comfortable. Their phlebotomist is the best Chelsea ie.. Elvira lol she's very gentle and pain-free when taking my blood. Keep up the good work everybody
Extremely disappointed with my experience at Baptist Primary Care. I checked in well before my scheduled appointment, prepaid my copay, and completed all forms online ahead of time to streamline the process. Despite doing everything right on my end, I waited over an hour and still never saw the doctor. To make matters worse, they had no idea how to refund my copay so I’m out of that $$. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of patients’ time. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this office to anyone.
I had an appointment with Dan and he was absolutely amazing. He listened and I never felt rushed! The staff is incredible as well.
Great staff, great improvements, from the old office. Fast & efficient. The DOCTORS are all BRILLIANT and extrTemely KNOWLEDGEABLE! Unfortunately, this is funny, they don't know about treating hair problems. For that I go to my good friend, who is also great.
