The best Chinese food ever. The customer service is amazing, food amazing… very clean… good is always hot, fresh and flavorful! I go here once a week if I’m working at the building instead of home. I heard their sweet tea is amazing, can’t wait to try it lol
Terrible customer service. It was my first time ordering from this spot as I’m new to the area. The chow mein section on the website was misleading. It said “not noodle” in the title but in the description it said “stir fried noodles”. Being from south Florida and always getting noodles with my chow mein, I ordered it. When I arrived the “gentleman” handed me a bag. At that time, I confirmed whether my order had noodles as many pictures on the menu in the restaurant illustrated “chow mein” WITH noodles. He said “no, there are crunchy noodles on the side”. I asked if I could see the food I ordered and when I took it out, the bowl just had meat and cabbage. I told him I would like to replace the meal with a beef lo mein. He said “no, you have to pay. You see no noodle”. I tried to explain that the description was misleading because it said stir fried noodles. He became visibly agitated. I decided it was best to leave than deal with his aggression. Never going back.
Shrimp w/ Broccoli / onion/ Jasmine Rice / 10/10 Always friendly!! Small family business, always come here when traveling from central Florida ! Wish i have it next to home!!
Overall, the food was pretty good. I think the problem here is communication, this is definitely a no frills establishment. I had a good laugh at the chow mein noodle debate in the reviews here, then I was completely shocked when my regular entree didn't come with the obligatory small white rice. Had it been mentioned on the online ordering, I would've added it.. as I'm sure the people who didn't get their typically provided chow mein noodles. The pricing doesn't reflect the austere service and I can't imagine this is saving them much compared to the negativity that results from unhappy customers that probably won't return. Just my two cents, probably won't be back as I was just looking for a place that was as good as Green Tea a bit closer to home.
I got only 5 pieces of shrimp in my shrimp fried rice. Not recommended.
