Bagels 'r US & Deli #2

We absolutely love this place. The bagels are so fresh. Clean inside and bathrooms. The customer service is amazing. I always get the turkey bacon melt on a garlic bagel. Delicious!

​I ordered a toasted jalapeño cheddar bagel with cream cheese and extra jalapeños, and it was hands-down one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. The bagel was perfectly toasted crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside—and the kick from the jalapeños was spot on. ​What made the visit even better was the incredible service. Nykiera helped me, and she is an absolute gem! She was incredibly nice, sweet, and brought such an enthusiastic, amazing energy to the counter. You can tell she genuinely cares about making customers happy, and her awesome mood was completely contagious. ​The entire restaurant has a fantastic environment welcoming, lively, and just a great vibe all around. Amazing food, stellar atmosphere, and world-class service from Nykiera. I will definitely be back!

The bagels were decent, though a little bit tough/chewy. The staff was very busy and there were issues with the order touchpad incorrectly showing what was/wasn’t in stock at the time, which the staff was able to fix for us. The coffee was pretty awful (both the cold and the hot) and nearly empty by 10 AM on a Saturday. The whole place was pretty filthy (tables and floors had trash and crumbs everywhere, almost every chair is ripped and/or sticky). We probably will not be back.

This day and age with everything soo expensive people just want a decent cup of coffee. It’s not that hard to make a decent cup of coffee. Drip coffee is the easiest thing in the world. Your coffee was water with color. Not only that but the dispenser was almost empty at 9:30 am. It’s extremely irritating especially when you’re paying for something soo damn simple and people just can’t get it right. I can get better coffee at the gas station. Not only that but your place is disgustingly dirty. WILL NOT BE BACK. Clean the place up and actually pour customers their coffee. Pretty simple formula. Bagels are ok. Nothing to write home about.
