I came by your place today and was there at 1:15pm. Google showed you were open until 3pm. I’m from Houston, TX and was staying in Jacksonville. I made the trip to your dealership to see the 38 NAV because I want to order the 38 SURF. Very disappointed that you weren’t open. My heart was set on stepping aboard that beautiful boat to get a hands on view rather than just photos online.
I bought my Sportsman there and have had it in for service several times. Most shops usually charge twice what you think it will be. These guys take care of us at a very reasonable price every time. Its always about what you would expect to pay for the work done. Very fair. Its nice to have a reliable shop you can turn to.
Amazing place with the right staff, Tom asked the right qualified questions to understand my direction and know my pain points. I did not walk in with any intention on buying a boat same day and I was not pressured at all. I just sold my place on the Gulf coast and am newer to the Pacific so something I was hesitant on jumping right into. Tom answered all of my question and lead me in the right direction rather than looking to just throw me in a boat and make a sale (this took some time). I received a fair trade on my shearwater! Not only was sales process low pressure I still get reached out to asking if I have anything I need help with.
Mathew and the entire team at Backwater 2 Bluewater was fantastic to work with. Our family was excited to purchase a new Sportsman boat and they truly made the entire process seamless; from answering countless questions to being patient with our logistics on picking up the boat.
