This is one of the best experiences I’ve had having done work at my home. Professional to the max. From the owner Matt coming out to give me the quote to replace our 16 and 20 year old Trane units to USA made Amana units. The three person crew of Bryce, Blake and Tucker were on top of it from the get go. There were several hurdles like a really small 16” crawl space to maneuver through to replace the new copper tubing to the continued on and off strong rains through the afternoon. Yet, they worked like champs even Matt came out to help towards the wrap up of the job. You don’t need to call any other company if you are in need of HVAC work. Even Jenna on the phones kept me posted sending updates and photos of the technicians before even coming to the house. Great job BCool!!! And the great work continues. Even two months after the install, operations manager Chase came out to do an evaluation to get the system up to top operating standards. This is really what awesome customer service is about. Wish I knew a few people that needed a new HVAC system so I could cash in on their referral program.
I could not have been more pleased with the purchase and installation of my new Mitsubishi Mini-split unit. EVERYONE I was involved with was pleasant, professional, and skilled. Matt suggested a unit that was best for my application and quoted an excellent price! Tukker began the installation and was very personable; with Matt joining him to help finish it up in just a few hours. And Jenna in the office is the perfect face of a business as she communicates well and is passionate about serving her customers. I would HIGHLY recommend B-Cool!
B-Cool Air Conditioning and Heating I received 4 quotes from A/C Installers surrounding the Jacksonville area and B-Cool had the best quote with the top brand name in mini split A/C units, which is Mitsubishi and a 24K BTU unit, when the others offered 9K-18K for 2 to 3 times the price that B-Cool quoted me. The team that I worked with made the purchase and installation process a simple pleasure from beginning to end. Ms. Jenna’s professionalism and customer care was exceptional. A/C Technicians Matt and Tukker worked meticulously installing the mini split unit. I was instructed on how to operate and perform basic maintenance on the unit. They even packed up the tent I erected to try and provide shade, also leaving my property in immaculate condition. I highly recommend B-Cool for you’re A/C installation so you can receive the same experience.
Needed a spilt unit for an upstairs loft as well as some work done on another unit. Matt came out to do the estimate and was professional and efficient. Then Dave and Dillon arrives and did the work on the other unit and again, incredibly quick and professional. Not long after that, Tucker and Bryce came out and that’s when the real magic happened. They installed a split unit in an upstairs loft that had been SO hot and miserable. They were so incredibly thorough, efficient and patient with my many questions. When they were through, the unit looked and worked great and their work was precise and clean. I actually took pictures and sent to the people who had heard me complaining the heat in the loft! lol I would be remiss if I didn’t mentioned the ladies in the office, Jenna, Gigi and Jennifer. Very efficient and went the extra mile addressing all my concerns. I’d give B Cool 100 stars if I could! Honest, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable- they’re the real deal!
Professional, clean and kind. Tukker knows his job well. And then Matt showed up, same thing, great experience, both are Cool! I will recommend B-Cool to my friends.
